Shipping policy
Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days to process your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email after purchase and a shipping notification with tracking once your order is on the way (typically within 3–5 business days of purchase).

Orders can be picked up daily from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We’ll email you when your order is ready. Please bring your confirmation email and a valid ID.
Local Delivery
At checkout, enter your address and choose Local Delivery (then click “Continue to shipping”). Local delivery is available for addresses within 10 miles of our Scottsdale shop. If the option doesn’t appear, your address is outside our delivery range.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM during store hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) are delivered the same day. Orders placed after these hours are delivered the next business day. You’ll receive an email with real-time tracking once your order is out for delivery.
Flat Rate Shipping (U.S.)
Orders are generally shipped within 3–5 business days using USPS or UPS Ground (typical transit time 2–7 business days). A $6.95 flat rate applies to addresses in the continental U.S.
Note: We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are typical options:

Certain oversized/fragile items (e.g., large instruments) may incur an additional packaging surcharge shown at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer limited international shipping to: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and select EU countries. At this time, we do not ship to Asia, Africa, or South America.
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. Music Masters is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for items that are unused and in original condition. Refunds are issued for the item price minus shipping costs.
To start a return, email us at azmusicmastersmain@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery at azmusicmastersmain@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll review on a case-by-case basis and work toward a satisfactory solution.
