Clarinet Marmalade by Edwards, LaRocca, Sbarbaro and Shields arranged for Clarinet Quartet by James "Red" McCleod

Clarinet Marmalade by Edwards, LaRocca, Sbarbaro and Shields arranged for Clarinet Quartet by James "Red" McCleod. Kendor Music Inc., 1994, includes parts and score. For 4 B-flat clarinets (bass clarinet would probably work well on the the fourth part). Originally written and performed by members of the Original Dixieland Jazz Band of New Orleans in 1917, this rousing tune puts capable clarinetists (US grade 4+) through their paces in fun-loving Dixieland style. Predictably, accented upbeats and syncopations abound from start to finish. Duration 2:40. Here is recording of this arrangement (C2213)
