Concerto No. 3 in E-flat for Clarinet and Orchestra (Piano Reduction) by Franz Tausch

Concerto No. 3 in E-flat for Clarinet and Orchestra (Piano Reduction) by Franz Tausch edited by Peter Clinch with piano reduction by William Lovelock. J.B. Cramer & Co., 1979, SS, 40 + 11 pages. Franz Tausch (1762-1817) was a German composer and performer who has been called "the father of German clarinet playing." In three movements: Allegro spirituoso, Romance (Andante), and Rondo (Allegretto). Dr. Heim writes that the first and third movements are florid and the third movement contains fast chord and scale passages. This is a good study concerto for a college level performer. (C1073)
