Concertstück (Concert Piece) for Clarinet and Piano by Raymond Gallois Montbrun. Leduc, 1946, SS, 15 + 4 pages. Raymond Gallois-Montbrun (1918-1994) was a French violinist and composer. He studied violin and composition at the Conservatoire de Paris, and won the Prix de Rome in 1944. The Concertstück was composed for the competition of the Paris National Conservatory of Music in 1946 with a dedication "In friendly tribute to Mr Auguste Perier, Professor at the Conservatory." It is a 7 minute showpiece for advanced players. (C2266)
