Lewis Hugh Cooper, was professor of Basoon at the University of Michigan and former member of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, completed this massive work on fingerings for the german system bassoon. Each fingering shows the "basic technique," and then an advanced fingering technique.  For the fingerings there is also a context developed for its use.  For example if the fingering is appropriate for a long note or a trill etc.. This book needs to be a studio book.
