We haven't found much information on Antony Garlick, but we believe his dates are 1927-2000 and that he was a music professor and composer at Wayne State College in Nebraska. This piece has some contemporary aspects especially multiphonics (fingerings given). It is sectional with a variety of tempos and has a cadenza which has been printed on a separate sheet.
