Grande Sonate Op. 10 No. 2 for Piano, Clarinet and Cello by Anton Eberl. Van Sambeek Edities, 2009, SS, 59 + 11 + 9 pages. Anton Eberl (1765-1807) was an Austrian composer, teacher and pianist. This piece is in three movements: Allegro spiritoso, Romance (Andante espressivo), and Rondo (Allegretto). The clarinet part and the piano part are at the early college level. The cello part is not at all difficult. The piano part has a horizontal orientation while the clarinet and cello parts are vertical. Notes on the sources and the editing are included. (C2244)
