Guaracha for Bass Clarinet and Piano by Alfred Reed

Guaracha for Bass Clarinet and Piano by Alfred Reed. E.B. Marks Music, 1966, SS, 4 + 2 pages. The direct source of this piece is the composer's Five Dances for Five Clarinets (the other three pieces are here), but the melody will be familiar to any clarinetists who have performed Reed's Second Suite for Band. The Guaracha is a Spanish dance. The tempo is Moderately, not too fast, but it is in cut time at half note = 88. Upper intermediate level. Includes some performance notes. Duration is 1:40. (C1912)
