Guisganderie for Clarinet Solo with Clarinet Quartet Accompaniment by Faustin and Maurice Jeanjean transcribed by Pierre Max Dubois. Billaudot, 1993, SS. This is a lesser known clarinet showpiece with a melody that is primarily eighth notes in cut time (Très vif et léger). Most suitable as an encore piece (duration 2:10) it features a three measure glissando at the end. The clarinet quartet parts are easy and the fourth part can be played by soprano or bass clarinet. (This is for five clarinets in all.) There is also an edition for clarinet and piano. (C0750)
