Also includes an optional part for Medieval Cupped Bells which can also be played on Tubular Bells (Chimes) or Bells (Glockenspiel). Originally written for the serpent, this cheerful and melodious piece is especially well-suited for performance on other instruments that occupy the same tonal region including the bass clarinet.
