Nino Rota (1911-1979) was an Italian composer best remembered today for his film music (especially The Godfather part I and II and many Fellini films). He also wrote opera, ballets, and much instrumental music. This work is in three movements: I. Allegretto scorrevole [flowing], II. Andante quasi adagio, and III. Allegro scorrevole.
