From the music: "Tale of the Naughty Gypsy was written for a very talented young Slovenian clarinetist, Blaž Šparovec. The composition is technically difficult but humanistic [?] in character. The storyline and thus the interpretation is left to ones imagination, however, the only 'rule' is to have fun playing it. Features some very technical Klezmer-style altissimo sections [could be played an octave lower] in addition to a cadenza in which the performer is encouraged to sing and play at the same time."
