Trio in D Minor Op. 3 for clarinet (or violin), cello, and piano by Alexander von Zemlinsky. Simrock, 1897, SS. Alexander von Zemlinsky (1871-1942) was an Austrian composer, conductor, and teacher. This is one of Zemlinsky earlier works and was published by Simrock at the recommendation of Brahms. The clarinet part requires both B-flat and A clarinets. In three movements: Allegro ma non troppo, Andante, and Allegro. This is an extended work with a duration of about 28 minutes. (C0908)
