Born in Italy but choosing to live in France Ghidoni is a virtuoso saxophone player and composer. This nine to ten minute piece is at the college level. It opens with a short moderato section which is followed by an extended Vivace section, then a short Adagio, and a concluding Vivace. The parts are equal in difficulty with each having solos. (C2436)
