3 Tangos for Clarinet Quartet by Astor Piazzolla edited by Florent Héau. Billaudot, 2007, SS, includes parts and score. These 3 short tangos (10 minutes in all) are somewhat easier than than Four for Tango and Historie du Tango, probably early college level. The tangos are: 1. Contrabajeando, 2. La misma pena, and 3. Adios nonino. These are for 3 B-flat clarinets and bass clarinet. There is an alternate E-flat clarinet part for the first part (not very useful as the range is not high) and a basset horn part as an alternate to the third part. A low C bass clarinet would be needed to play all the notes in the second and third pieces. (C1462)
