Ryszard Paciorkiewicz (1934-2001) was a Polish bassoonist, composer and teacher. He studied in Paris in 1964. Upon his return to Warsaw he was the first bassoon of the Warsaw opera and formed his own bassoon quartet for which he composed music. The translation of the title is The Dance of the Bears.
