Jules Semler-Collery (1902-1988) was a French composer, conductor and music educator. Legend is at a slow tempo (mm=52) and opens with a cadenza followed by Assai Moderato. Divertissement begins Pas trop vite mm=138 which alternates with a slower tempo of mm=100. This is a college level piece with a duration of 6:30. (C1538)
