Prozession for Bass Clarinet and Organ by Norbert Linke. Hofmeister, 1999, SS, 9 + 2 pages. Norbert Linke (1933-1977) is a German composer and musicologist. We are somewhat puzzled by this piece. It has been published for a number of instruments in the lower range (trombone, bassoon, horn, etc.). It is not difficult (the organ part as well) and does not appear to be church music. We await reports. What looks like two multiphonics are probably double stops from the cello version. Alternate notes are provided.
