Winterreise for Flute and Piano by Franz Schubert arranged by Leopold Jansa edited by Elisabeth Weinzierl and Edmund Wächter. Zimmermann, 2005, SS, 46 + 19 pages. Jansa arranged Schubert's song cycle Winterreise D 911 (Op. 89) based on poems by Wilhelm Müller for violin or flute and piano at the same time borrowing from Liszt's arrangement of these songs. Jansa's work was first published around 1842. There are eight pieces which range in difficulty from high school to college level.
