Paul Juon (1872-1940) was a Russian born composer of Russian & German parentage. He completed his musical studies in Berlin and remained there as a composer and composition professor. Most of his compositions are instrumental works. This is the first publication of this work that was written in 1902. The two pieces are Sinnig (Andante) for clarinet in B-flat and Sonnig (Allegro) for clarinet in A. Notes on the composer and the piece are included.
